Refunds and cancellation policy:
Cancellations before 10th of April will be refunded minus a 500 NOK administration fee. Cancellations after 10th of April will not be refunded unless your place can be filled by someone on a waiting list, or you offer your place to another person, notifying us immediately of the transfer.
In case of cancellation by the host you will receive a full refund. If there is an emergency where Donna cannot travel, Donna will assign a senior teacher in her place (this is highly unlikely).
